Fuxin boasts a formidable technical research team, with key members hailing from the United States, Japan, and Europe, amalgamating nearly 30 years of research achievements. Our team broke through technological barriers, developing the first stamping manipulator in 2006, filling a void in the industry.
In the current stage, the field of stamping automation often involves systems that are installed first and then integrated, sometimes requiring the creation of control programs. This elongates the production line construction period, leading to a substantial increase in user costs. However, our 'plug-and-play system' has achieved a high degree of standardization. Customization is limited to grippers, ensuring swift installation, user-friendly operation, and mass production within three days of delivery. This significantly reduces user costs and shortens the production line construction period.
Our in-house developed control algorithm, employing open programmable technology, supports motion trajectory programming, stores multiple product information, and exhibits strong interchangeability. It requires only one-time setting for long-term use. All axes utilize high-performance absolute servo systems, coupled with power-off position memory functionality, mitigating concerns about resetting the origin point.
